Matt has over 9 years of employee benefit experience. He joined GBS Benefits in 2018 as Compliance Director. Prior to joining GBS, Matt led the account management and compliance teams at National Benefit Services, a third-party administrator for retirement plans, FSAs, HSAs, HRAs, and COBRA administration. Matt helps monitor complicated and changing regulations, such as ERISA and the Affordable Care Act, and apply them to our processes and operations to help ensure our clients maintain compliance. He has a B.A. in English with a minor in Spanish from Weber State University.
