Corinna Mollihan joined GBS Arizona in 2018 as an Account Manager but quickly transition to their Director of Operations, overseeing day to day operations. Corinna has been in the insurance industry for 10+ years.

In addition, with Corinna’s background in finance, contract administration, and process improvement. Strong organizational and time management skills provides Corinna an extra level of understanding to support and build better processes to ensure our Agency has the necessary support, time, and resources to better serve our clients.

Corinna has a passion for people and believes the success of a company is their people. If they thrive, you thrive! When Corinna isn’t overseeing the operation of GBS Arizona, she is overseeing the operation of her family, that includes three very active girls! Faith, Family & Fitness are what motivate Corinna in her life. 

Corinna Mollihan is an Employee Benefit Consultant with over 10 years’ experience in the industry. In addition to being a Consultant, she leads our AZ market as Director of Operations. Her keen insight into the operational intricacies of benefit programs, allows her a unique position by providing a deeper understanding of the intricate balance between employee needs and organizational objectives, while simultaneously maintaining high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. Corinna also has a background in Finance & Project Accounting, providing a solid understanding of financial management, budget & cost analysis to help assess benefit plan performance, optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. She is licensed in Life, Accident and Health.

Outside of the office, Corinna is passionate about her faith, family, health, and community.
