Corinna Mollihan joined GBS Arizona in 2018 as an Account Manager but quickly transition to their Director of Operations, overseeing day to day operations. Corinna has been in the insurance industry for 10+ years.
In addition, with Corinna’s background in finance, contract administration, and process improvement. Strong organizational and time management skills provides Corinna an extra level of understanding to support and build better processes to ensure our Agency has the necessary support, time, and resources to better serve our clients.

When Corinna isn’t overseeing the operation of GBS Arizona, she is overseeing the operation of her family, that includes three very active girls! Faith, Family & Fitness are what motivate Corinna in her life.
Corinna Mollihan is Vice President, co-leading the Arizona market with more than 10 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. In her role, Corinna provides strategic leadership and operational support to agency teams, ensuring they have the most current information, tools, and resources needed to deliver exceptional service to clients.
With a deep understanding of benefit operations and industry trends, Corinna serves as a key resource, helping teams navigate regulatory changes, plan complexities, and evolving market dynamics. She plays an integral role in strengthening internal processes, supporting staff development, and maintaining consistency and quality across client service delivery.
Corinna’s background in Finance and Project Accounting further enhances her ability to assess benefit program performance, analyze costs, and support sound financial decision-making across the agency. She is licensed in Life, Accident, and Health insurance.
