Hans brings a rare combination of high-level performance, communication expertise, and business acumen to his role as an employee benefits broker. A former BYU football standout, he went on to play professionally with the Indianapolis Colts and in the Arena Football League, developing the discipline, teamwork, and competitive drive that continue to define his approach today.
After his playing career, Hans spent nearly two decades as a leading sports radio personality in Utah, building a reputation for clear communication, insight, and trusted relationships.
He currently serves as the BYU Football color analyst alongside Greg Wrubell and is a national broadcast analyst for Bowl Season Radio, calling NCAA bowl games on SiriusXM and other national platforms.
Hans also brings strong entrepreneurial experience. He is a partner in EliteWorks.com, a web development and marketing company, and actively manages a portfolio of rental properties in Florida and Utah. His background in business ownership gives him a practical, real-world perspective when advising employers.
Hans joined GBS in 2026, where he partners with organizations to design and deliver thoughtful, effective employee benefits strategies.
