Lindsay Parks joined the GBS Colorado team in 2017 specializing in client support.

Prior to working at GBS, Lindsay has worked in small and large group health and life insurance for the past six years.

She obtained her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Colorado.

Lindsay Parks is a seasoned professional in the health benefits industry with extensive experience supporting both small and large employers since 2011. She specializes in working with large employer groups, providing tailored solutions to help organizations effectively manage their employee benefits programs. Since joining GBS Benefits in 2017, Lindsay has become a trusted advisor to her clients, known for her strategic insight, organizational excellence, and commitment to exceptional client service.

Lindsay’s approach is centered on building lasting relationships with employers and delivering consistent, high-quality support throughout the benefits cycle. She is highly engaged in all aspects of client service—from open enrollment planning and execution to year-round assistance with compliance, employee education, and day-to-day operational concerns. Her attention to detail and proactive communication ensure that clients feel supported and well-informed at every stage.

Lindsay holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado and maintains licensure in Health, Life, and Disability insurance.
