Monserrat Wahl joined GBS Benefits in 2019, initially serving employers in the Small Employer sector as a Client Manager before being advancing to a Broker/Consultant Team as an Account Executive. She brings nearly a decade of experience from her previous career with Utah Juvenile Justice Services, where she worked closely with at-risk youth and families. This early experience instilled a deep sense of empathy and a belief that the right support can transform lives, values she now applies in the world of employee benefits.
Monserrat partners with employers across industries to design benefits strategies that are cost-effective, compliant, and meaningful to employees. As a native Spanish speaker, Monserrat brings a multicultural perspective and talent for bridging communication gaps. She is especially passionate about making benefits accessible, inclusive, and aligned with each client’s unique culture and workforce.
