After spending 20 years serving clients in the employee benefits field as an account manager and broker with Starley-Leavitt Insurance in Twin Falls she joined the GBS team in 2022. Based in Twin Falls, Idaho Sharon continues to help organizations build comprehensive and effective benefits programs tailored to their unique goals and workforce needs.
Sharon’s career foundation was built through customer-focused roles that strengthened her communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to exceptional service. These experiences continue to shape her approach to consulting and client partnerships today.
